We accept Visa and Mastercard.
All orders are shipped uninsured through the United States Post Office (USPS). If you would prefer to have your order shipped UPS, please feel free to call email us at cynthia@knittingcentral.com, and we would be glad to quote you a shipping estimate.
Knitting Central cannot be responsible for orders that do not arrive if they are not insured. We are happy to add insurance and offer a destination confirmation for an additional fee. (please view at check out)
Orders are shipped out on Tuesdays and Fridays. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately and let you know.
Returns Orders can be returned within 45 days of purchase if returned in original condition and accompanied by the original receipt. No returns/exchanges on books, patterns, tools or accessories or sale items. Hanks wound into balls cannot be returned.
We will be glad to provide a refund for the cost of your order (less shipping cost) on the credit card used to process your order. Shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend you insure or add a destination confirmation to your package when sending a return.

We understand every computer monitor displays colors differently. We have made every effort to photograph each ball of yarn, providing the best opportunity to view colors and textures as accurately as possible.
