Blue Sky's Organic Cotton is truly in a league of its own. This fiber, stating a gauge of 4-5 stitches to the inch is like a full bodied wine. Even though the gauge is accurate, the yarn tends to bloom and soften giving it a bit more of a plump look than other yarns at this gauge.
We use this yarn for every type of garment. I must say besides blankets, the Wonderful Wallaby is one of my most favorite patterns that we use with this yarn. We have families that have made that pattern in Blue Sky's Organic Cotton for the entire family from ages 2-XXL!
