Blue Sky Alpaca & Silk is one of our most popular yarns. If you look at the colors closely (click to get to largest size), you will notice that the colors are very gem like in nature. As most silks do, this takes to dye beautifully. The alpaca makes it even softer to the skin than silk alone and I feel it also stops the natural characteristic of pilling that may occur when a silk stands alone. I have never seen this yarn pill.
